How do you like your fried eggs? Over-easy, over-medium, over-hard, sunnyside-up, broken yolk or even ‘road kill’ (harder than hard). What do you cook them in? Butter, olive oil, bacon grease?
This morning we gathered our extended family of employees and had a party called Fried Eggs Friday. Everyone was amped up to fry some eggs and boy, did they! There were quite an array of techniques and finished fried eggs. Some picture perfect, some a mess and everything in-between. Doesn’t matter because any way is OK! As we say in the egg biz, we don’t mind what you do with them, just as long as you break em’!
