Patti joined JS West in April of 2025 to lead our growing wholesale propane business, bringing over 30 years of experience. Previously at Targa Resources, she led a team of sales and marketing professionals and strategically grew their propane wholesale business. She has served as Chair on the Board of the Western Propane Gas Association (WPGA) and currently maintains a seat. She holds a BA from UC Santa Barbara, and an MBA from St Mary’s College in Moraga, both with a concentration in economics. Patti and her husband, Joe, have been married for 35 years and have 2 kids. She loves reading, baseball (Go Giants), football, basketball, the outdoors, and horseback riding.
